Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- - Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- - Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Ovlentra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at incduff@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee.
